3 Weeks

David Jr. continues to grow!  He is currently eating every 2 - 3 hours, picking his head up and looking around in short spurts during tummy time, and is wearing size 1 diapers now.  He hadn't quite out grown his newborn diapers, but we weren't interested in investing in a 7th sleeve of them.  His occasional crying or fussy spells can be calmed by his sister's singing - at least on the short term and she seems to think she is only supposed to sing to him when he's upset.

We are all slowly starting to fall in a routine; however, my week of recovery has slowed it down.  Hopefully by 4 weeks things will be slightly more constant.  At the moment David Jr sleeps about 9/10PM until 9/10AM and wakes roughly 3 or 4 times to eat during this 12 hours stretch.  He also enjoys to be awake and active before lunch time and then going down for a nap while his sister naps or has quiet time.  The remainder of his day isn't quite as consistent, and I'm sure all of this will change as we start to get out more and more with Carly.
