Singing

Carly has gotten into music recently.  She will put ear buds up to her ears and tell me she is running or listening to Call Me, Maybe.  She will hold an older model iPod in her hand and talk to it - asking it to turn on and play various songs.  She has also spent much of the weekend singing Row, Row, Row Your Boat (including through most of our visit to a local sporting goods store).  After dinner tonight I took her with me to the grocery store.  As she was collecting her shoes and putting them on, she began singing a song of her own about going on a "Carly - Mommy" trip to the grocery store.  She couldn't have been happier to have this "special' outing - even if it was just to pick up the food for this week's meals.
