Carly is "officially" a sitter! Towards the end of last week she was sitting on her own, but would topple over anytime she would reach for a new toy. While this does still happen on occasion, she began sitting independently for extended periods of time (10+ minutes) on Saturday. I just place a few different toys around her and she will investigate one, then put it down and pick up a second to investigate.

One thing Dave and I have really started to notice recently is how inquisitive she is in her toys now. Last night she sat in her exersaucer and paid very close attention to the three pieces of ribbon on top of one of the head of one of the birds.
She looks very steady.
